Vinyasa Yoga

Puerto de la Cruz | La Palma

A gentle yet dynamic style. In Vinyasa Yoga, one posture is linked to another through conscious breathing: the breath guides the movement. It is a style that prioritizes fluidity almost as if it were a dance. Pauses, therefore, are less frequent than in Hatha Yoga. And this rhythm turns the connection of asanas into aerobic movement, improving circulation and muscle tone, making it more physically challenging than Hatha Yoga but less demanding than Power Vinyasa or Ashtanga. It is ideal for people who want to get started with dynamic styles.

In none of the styles we offer is there an age limit, as postures or asanas can be adapted to any physical state, to any body. Additionally, we practice with props, primarily blocks and straps that we have available for you.

You just need to learn to listen to yourself and practice with "ahimsa," or in other words, love and compassion towards your own body.
