Cira DiMar
Aerial yoga teacher in Puerto de la Cruz.
She took her first yoga class in 2007, and from that moment, she gradually approached the practice until becoming a mother in 2011 when it became her daily routine. Giving myself that daily self-gift immersed me in the magic of yoga.
She is a University Expert in Therapeutic Yoga, Hatha-Vinyasa Instructor, Power Yoga & Yoga Coach, and Ancient Yoga Teacher. She has deepened her studies in Biomechanics, Yoga Philosophy, and History. During a trip to Bali in 2018, she discovered Aerial Yoga and fell in love with this suspension practice, later becoming a certified Aerial Yoga Instructor.
Currently, she continues to study Tantra Hatha Yoga with Eva Espeita, deepening her knowledge of traditional texts, and in the "Asana Academy" with Mark Stephens.
In her classes, with a joyful approach, she combines tradition with the latest knowledge in biomechanics, encouraging students to connect with their breath and explore their own movement through mindfulness.
My mission is simple: to bring the wonderful benefits of yoga to as many people as possible, making it accessible to everyone, and integrating all these tools that yoga offers into our daily lives.
